Recruitment Administrator
Hartlepool | 12 Month FTC
£Smart Environmental Support Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a 12 month FTC.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the recruitment across our clients waste management sites based in Hartlepool.
This is covering a period of maternity leave, based from one site there will also be occasional travel to other client sites in the surrounding areas.
Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews and processing onboarding paperwork.
* Candidate Sourcing: Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels. Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
* Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records are up to date.
* Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation. Call Allowance- £1000 P/A

We stand with our client and believe in the power of inclusion, collaboration, and making a positive impact on society. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR databases.
* Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly in high-volume environments.
* Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car
