Our client, a leading law firm based in Bromley, is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.
The Opportunity
The successful Administrator/Receptionist will provide administrative and file management support to Fee Earners and the wider teams whilst providing exceptional client service on Reception. Duties to include:
* Large and small copying requests
* Binding and finishing copied work
* Receiving and processing file management requests
* Creating/Opening/Closing files
* Returning or adding documents to existing client files
* Processing archive retrieval requests
* Collecting and delivering post
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Setting up meeting rooms
This Receptionist/Administrator position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
* Reception and administration experience (essential)
* Experience within a law firm (desirable)
