Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Physical Disabilities).
Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and adapt activities to suit individual learning needs.
Support students with personal care, where required, in a compassionate and professional manner.
Help monitor students' progress and assist with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment for all pupils.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), either in a school setting or through previous roles.
