Who we

The Grill
restaurant is the beating heart of The George in Rye. You will be working
alongside an experienced group of chefs who will be able to mentor and develop
your skills. You will be working in a brand new ergonomic and open kitchen with
state of the art equipment, using the finest fresh ingredients to deliver
the best possible experience for our guests. You will be working in a relaxed
and friendly environment with support from your peers as well as the front of
house team.
We are
located in the heart of the idyllic medieval town of Rye, in between Ashford
(Kent) to the east and Hastings to the west – by the sea next to Camber and its
white sandy beaches.
