Key Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you’ll have a variety of learning opportunities, including:
* Assisting the Facilities Team in daily operations.
* Conducting inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
* Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair activities.
* Implementing and upholding health and safety protocols.
* Learning the principles of people and team management.
* Assisting in budget management for facilities operations.
* Managing service contracts and liaising with external providers.
* Monitoring contractor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
* Driving process improvements.
* Rotating through departments, including time with the Senior Account Manager, Helpdesk, Compliance, and Technical teams.
