We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Workers who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class support for students, to develop education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to assist with their preparation into adulthood. Our provision centres around delivering personalised study programmes which are designed to support each one of our learners to achieve their full potential.
You will be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care process will be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this successful team.
At least 1 full academic year of SEN/TA work is required to be considered for this role.
