Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 basic + Bonus + Incentives + Pension + Benefits
Account Manager / Business Development Manager’s Core Duties
1. Build revenue growth
2. Develop and retain customers
3. Foster and build upon key client relationships
4. Ensure resources and equipment for hire are delivered on time
5. Attend client sites to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Develop relationships with future and potential clients
7. Create quotes, rental plans and invoices
8. Prepared reports highlighting sales and trends
9. Respond to customer requests
10. Develop a good understanding of the products and services
Account Manager / Business Development Manager’s Skills Required
11. Prior experience within a sales environment
12. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good telephone manner
13. Great customer services experience - friendly and can build rapport
14. Ability to tailor approach for different types of customer
15. Adaptable and can prioritise workload
16. Good teamworking experience
17. Experienced with MS Office
18. Due to have a keen interest in technology
