About the Role:
In this role, you will focus on generating additional revenue within an existing customer portfolio by identifying and nurturing opportunities to expand usage, enhance satisfaction, and ultimately boost sales. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse range of SMB and enterprise accounts, establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships.
* Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies in close collaboration with internal teams.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly expansion targets, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
* Engage professionally and proactively with stakeholders, addressing their requirements and overcoming obstacles.
About You:
* Proven experience managing and growing existing customer accounts, ideally in a SaaS or related B2B environment.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
* Organised, goal-driven, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
* Willingness to commute to the office for meetings as needed.
