HR Administrator
Location: Wymondham
Salary: pro rata £19,694 - £21,064 per annum
Hours: Part Time, 30 hours per week

This role is based at their Central Hub in Wymondham or one of their schools closest to your home location.
The Role
The HR Administrator's primary role is to work as an integral part of the HR Team, providing the central recruitment and HR Administration function to the Trust schools.
The role includes the following:
1. Producing accurate adverts and job descriptions for new posts;
2. Arranging interviews;
3. Conducting pre-employment and compliance checks to ensure all new staff meet the requirements;
4. Assisting with induction and on-boarding processes for new staff;
5. Working closely with payroll, auditing, and running reports;
6. Setting up new starters on payroll and calculating complex pay and holiday entitlement;
There is the opportunity within the role to work towards CIPD Level 5 via an apprenticeship.

2. Able to maintain positive relationships with all and work as an effective and flexible part of a team; willing to change methods of work and routines to benefit the team;
3. Willingness to accept responsibility for your own actions; the ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and accept challenges;
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
5. Flexibility and resilience in managing and executing daily responsibilities;
6. Able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills;
The qualifications and experience required of a HR Administrator are:
1. Have a sound track record of good quality administration and be proficient in ICT database and software systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Access, Excel and Word;
2. Experience in an HR or education environment would be beneficial, but not a requirement;
3. Previous experience of the MHR iTrent MIS would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
