About the Role
As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will lead and support the continuous improvement of clinical governance and quality of care in eight care homes across Norfolk, Suffolk, and North Essex.
You will be responsible for ensuring each home meets the highest clinical standards by reviewing clinical governance databases and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff, you will identify practical strategies to address any issues that arise and implement key actions to improve standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to share knowledge and build relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development.
You should have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and experience working in a care home environment.
A confident clinical mentor, you will have worked with newly qualified nurses and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

Salary
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
