Do you have a track record in recruitment for high-volume, operational workforce? Reporting into the HR Manager, the Recruitment Officer role is responsible for delivering a proactive, responsive and accurate recruitment service across all service areas of the business. The role holder is required to have the ability to identify and coordinate the acquisition of great talent through managing high-volume recruitment ensuring the best quality candidates are recruited.
Recruitment Officer Role and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire recruitment process managing internal and external stakeholders
2. Development of Job adverts and descriptions
3. Reviewing CVs and supporting shortlisting
4. Managing the candidate's journey and experience
5. Conducting telephone interviews to screen candidates
6. Managing high-volume campaigns and supporting the attraction strategy
7. Being the point of contact for candidate queries
Experience required:
1. Prior blue-collar Recruitment / Talent Officer experience either in an agency or a similar in-house environment
2. Experience managing a varied and demanding workload
3. Experience and or knowledge of the legal requirements for right to work checks
