Your new role
As apliance Manager, you will ensure the organisation adheres to legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies. Your expertise will help maintain trust with international clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementingpliance policies, procedures, and controls.
2. Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on our operations.
3. Conducting risk assessments and internal audits.
4. Training employees onpliance matters.
5. Investigating and addressingpliance violations.
6. Collaborate with legal, risk management, and business units.
7. Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial servicespliance.
9. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (, FCA, GDPR).
10. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
11. Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities.
12. Professional certifications (, ICA, CISI) are advantageous.
