BOOKKEEPER – Antrim Area
SALARY: £15 + an hour (dependent on experience)
EMPLOYMENT: Temporary, part-time (3-days), office-based opportunity (potential to become a permanent!)
Reed Accountancy is partnered with a highly reputable and established company in the Antrim area in the appointment of a Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary and part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts payable: inputting invoices, paying suppliers, and dealing with any queries.
* Accounts Receivable: processing BACs receipts and matching receipts to customer accounts.
* Bank Reconciliations.
* Monthly VAT and PAYE returns.
* End-to-end Payroll using Xero Accounting Software.
* Accounts to trial balance and liaising with external accountants.
* Cashflow projections.
* Income and Expenditure accounts.
* Stocking facility management
What you need to succeed:
* At least 3 years’ practical experience as Bookkeeper or similar.
* Experience using Xero is essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
