What will you be doing?
This is a full 360 recruitment role with a focus on business development, where you’ll oversee the recruitment process from start to finish while driving growth:
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
* Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
* Proactively building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Conducting client visits and pitching services to potential clients.
* Driving the profitability and growth of your desk through business development initiatives.
What experience will you have?
* At least 1 year of agency recruitment experience (required).
* A proven track record in business development and lead generation.
* Experience in the commercial sector is desirable but not essential.
* First-class communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
* A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
* A passion for sales and growing new business opportunities.
