SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities
* Management of all social media channels including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Community groups and Pinterest
* Manage the social and content team to create, curate and execute a best-in-class, fully integrated, organic social and content strategy
* Copywriting for and across all channels
* Creating social media strategy in line with marketing calendar and current trends
* Continually improving followers, engagement and reach across all platforms
* Voicing areas of improvement, and how as a team we implement this
* Continually researching new and innovative ways to do content, and implementing
* Development of competitions, promotions and partnerships to drive engagement and new customer acquisition
* Working closely with digital marketing to establish a best-in-class paid media strategy and style
* Able to video and photograph content where needed
* Create shotlists, and best practice documents and give guidance to the wider team for projects
Must haves:
* Minimum of 4 years experience in social media management and strategy
* Proficient in all social media platforms e.g Tiktok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook
* Have used creative tools such as Canva and video editing tools
* High attention to detail
* Established writing style
* Creative and strategic flair
* Forward thinking and self-starter
* Be reactive to ever-changing start-up environment

Working hours:
Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
(Monday to Thursday in office / Friday from home)
