We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, reputable and established client who are seeking a temp to perm Warehouse Team Leader. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Due to their location, you will need to have access to your own transport.
You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7am-7pm.
Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities:
* Responsible for a team of up to 15 general assistants.
* Ensure efficient and effective workflow and task completion.
* Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
* Liaise with the factory and supplies via emails.
* Work both on the floor and in administrative capacities as needed.
* Operate forklift trucks (reach and counterbalance licenses required).
* Ensure all stock is stored in line with company policy.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
* Proven experience within a warehouse leader role is advantageous but not essential.
* Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses are essential.
* Proficiency using SAP and WMS is essential.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
