Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to helpdesk requests, providing first-line support for PCs, laptops, printers, and audio-visual equipment.
2. Assist with user change requests and ensure compliance with security protocols, such as backups and anti-virus.
3. Maintain and upgrade hardware, install software, and keep ICT equipment ready for use.
4. Support teachers and pupils with IT needs in the classroom.
5. Manage the computer room and ensure a tidy working environment.
6. Collaborate with external suppliers for technical support when necessary.
