Are you a Marketing Manager who is passionate about hospitality? We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a positive attitude.
As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with leaders in food, finance, and operations to enhance the brand's presence and drive growth. Experience in marketing within the hospitality industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
8. Develop and manage the brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels, including digital and print.
9. Enhance the guest journey and optimize UX for increased table reservations, room bookings, and event bookings.
10. Create and implement an annual central marketing plan and budget.
11. Develop quarterly marketing and event plans for individual pubs in collaboration with General and Operations Managers.
12. Utilize CRM systems to create targeted communication plans that encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
13. Demonstrate strong understanding of SEO and PPC.
14. Grow engagement and execute paid ads on social media channels.
15. Manage social media agency efforts to drive ROI across locations.
16. Support and develop a Marketing Assistant.
17. Oversee food, drink, people, and room photography for the estate.
18. Stay informed about marketing and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

19. Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality or food and drink industry
20. Confident communicator as part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO
