Position: Contracts Clerk, Finance Department (100% head office based)
The successful candidate will be responsible for checking security systems service contracts and CCTV monitoring contracts. Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail.
Contracts Clerk role
1. Review existing customer contracts making sure the costings are in line with current expenditures.
2. PO Management
3. Track issued contracts to ensure customer signatures are in place.
4. Look at existing customer contract upgrades.
5. Work with the sales team in order to offer customers new contract terms.
6. Suggest recommendations for contract changes.
7. Point of contact for all customer reviews.
8. Ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
Essential skills needed for the Contracts Clerk
1. Previous knowledge of contract renewals desirable (preferably 1+ years).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Numerical competency.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
5. Good keyboard skills.
