Key Responsibilities: Support teams in ensuring surveys meet legal and other requirements and promote efficiency in enabling fire safety works. Ensure surveys are performed thoroughly managing risk and exposure to asbestos of our employees. Develop survey reports that are clear and concise to support the fire safety works to be performed. Develop relationships with accredited labs to enable processing of samples. Ensure samples test results are then captured in reports. Assist in developing asbestos management processes and procedures of the business to gain UKAS accreditation. Assist in training other newly qualified employees in surveying to grow the surveying function of the business. Attending meetings, representing the company in a professional manner. Liaising with clients and stakeholders, providing advice on remediation and removal projects Field based role will need a full-UK driving licence and will be required to support clients across the UK. Qualifications/ Experience: Holding the BOHS P402 and having at least 18months experience is essential to the role. Holding the BOHS P403 / P404 would be beneficial to the role but not essential. Able to work to a schedule. Knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Excellent communication skills. Able to work to strict deadlines. Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Why Harmony Fire?
