Hours: 42 hours per week (rolling rota, alternate weekends, days only)

Due to continued growth, Select Support Partnerships is expanding and looking to hire passionate and experienced Support Workers in the Crewe area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading independent provider of health and social care services in the UK.

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be providing essential care and support to adults with learning disabilities and other complex healthcare needs. This role is based in a Community/Supported Living setting, where you will support individuals to live as independently as possible, offering the right level of care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in supported living settings.
* Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviours.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including report and incident writing.
* Assisting with personal care when required.
* Promoting dignity, respect, and privacy for the individuals you support.
* Collaborating with families, professionals, and the individuals themselves to ensure the best care is provided.
* Encouraging independence, life skills development, and building confidence in a safe environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Flexible and reliable, able to work varied hours including weekends.
* Experience in care, particularly supporting individuals with learning disabilities or complex needs.
* Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
* Organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals, families, and professionals alike.
