Architectural Technician Job in Winchester

Role & Responsibilities
1. Work on data centre and other commercial projects, with a strong focus on BIM and technical coordination
2. Collaborate with the internal team and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
3. Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and other BIM tools
4. Manage project teams and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
5. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
6. Opportunities for international travel for those interested.
Your Skills and Experience
7. Minimum of 2 years experience across relevant sectors, ideally across all project stages
8. Strong design skills and technical knowledge
9. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. (Revit test will occur at the Interview stage)
10. Good understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting and construction
11. Confident verbal and written communication skills.
12. Excellent team working and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude
13. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
14. Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language skills are advantageous).
