We are supporting a large primary school in Leeds to appoint a Business manager to Join their team, provide leadership and strategic direction to the schools financial, operational, and property management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, Including:
1. Managing the schools Budget and Financial reporting
2. Overseeing the schools property and facilities management
3. Ensuring the school complies with all relevant regulations
4. Developing and implementing the school's strategic plan
5. Managing the schools' relationships with external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Experience using School MIS, such as SIMs
7. Previous experience in a school business management role
8. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously
11. Strong IT skills
12. Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one.
