Working in our Stockport office for a growing software company, you will work within our Customer Success team to support client communications and manage enterprise level accounts. You will build and maintain long-term partnerships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and help clients get the most out of our product and services.

Account Management:
* Coordinate client account activities such as Technical, Development or Design tasks
* Complete website quality assurance and testing after each task
* Identify opportunities for upselling based on client needs and product development
Customer Success:
* Build on customer success strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
* Nurture strong client relationships to help identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with different departments across the organisation to ensure client needs are met effectively
* Provide recommendations regarding our products and services to help achieve client business goals
Communication:
* Be the escalation contact for enterprise clients by phone and email
* Adhere to clients' SLAs on requests and requirements
* Host client meetings both online and in-person whilst maintaining professionalism
The Candidate:
You’re a great match if you have fantastic communication and organisation skills. You will be positive, enthusiastic, proactive and empathetic. You are keen to learn new skills and willing to get involved in all aspects of client projects when needed. The ability to solve problems under pressure and manage clients effectively is critical to this role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to deliver proactive Customer Success
* Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
