Are you a passionate veterinary surgeon with solid GP experience, looking for a flexible role that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth? With new ownership, this practice is seeking an enthusiastic vet to join the team, where every member is valued and has the chance to develop their skills.
This team has a strong reputation for excellence, with every member nominated for a Pet Plan Award this year. The Head Receptionist has been with them from the start and continues to earn praise from clients, providing a welcoming environment from day one.
You’ll work alongside a 2008 graduate with 15 years of experience in ultrasonography and internal medicine, including three years in referral practice. They and the team are committed to fostering your growth, nurturing any specific interests, and encouraging new skills that elevate patient care.
They believe in a balanced lifestyle, which is why they offer a flexible rota. Whether you’re looking for school hours, fewer days with longer shifts, or another arrangement, they’re happy to discuss your preferences. With no OOH and no weekends currently required, this role supports a healthy work-life balance. The structured 15-minute consults and weekly huddles foster team communication and shared decision-making.
They have a purpose-built practice fully equipped with ultrasound with Doppler, dental X-ray, orthopedic kits, and in-house blood machines, ensuring you have the resources to deliver outstanding care. Conveniently located minutes from the M4 with quick access to London, nearby cities, and the scenic Cotswolds, perfect for work and leisure balance.
