We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with the ability to make outbound calls to businesses in a professional and tenacious manner. This flexible role can be undertaken on either a part-time or full-time basis.
Salary: To be discussed, plus bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be working on behalf of our clients to:
* Contact a targeted list of businesses to arrange qualified sales appointments
* Generate leads and update company information
* Conduct telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers
Career Progression:
For those interested in progressing, there is a clear pathway from Telemarketing Executive to Senior Telemarketing Executive and ultimately to Team Leader, with each position offering different pay structures and responsibilities.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar telemarketing or sales role, particularly with outbound calls
* Ability to meet a call target deadlines per day
* Comfortable delivering calls to senior decision-makers, such as MDs, FDs, HRDs, and Marketing Directors
* Strong communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
* Excellent spoken English and a clear, articulate voice
* Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
