Role: Relationship Manager
Location: London - hybrid working
As a Relationship Manager, you will be essential in nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving loyalty in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, delivering solutions that add value and support long-term partnerships. This role also involves mentoring a team of ambitious Business Development Managers, empowering them to achieve success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Revenue Growth: Drive individual and team revenue targets through strategic sales practices, leveraging industry expertise to identify new opportunities and grow the client base.
* Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and coach a team of Business Development Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth.
* Continuous Learning: Stay on top of industry trends, advocating for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
* Best Practices & Compliance: Uphold and promote best practices, maintaining compliance with industry standards and FCA regulations.
* Collaborative Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies that support client acquisition and retention, offering insights from client interactions to enhance campaigns.
* CRM & Reporting: Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, tracking performance metrics and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
About You
* Experienced Leader: You bring 7+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role, ideally within FX, payments, or financial services.
