Service Desk Manager - City of London - FM Service Provider - £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
CBW are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Helpdesk Manager to work with one of our key clients based in Sevenoaks. The Technical Helpdesk Manager will be responsible for the management, motivation and development of their team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Helpdesk Manager and be willing to travelto differentoffices when needed located in Slough. Package:
* 20 days holiday rising per year up to a maximum of 25 days

Hours of work 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing all the reactive call outs to SLA's
2. Responding to clients
3. Managementof internal request for purchase orders and information to support service operations
4. Scheduling engineersand subcontractors for planned maintenancetasks
5. Setup of and ongoing management of maintenanceplanners and logbooks
6. Deliver a range of KPI and management reports to the business
