Job Description – Customer Journey Coordinator
UK Direct Business Solutions are an established and fast-growing Utilities Consultancy based in Houghton-le-Spring.
Job Summary
The Customer Journey Coordinator will support in delivering exceptional contract live rates for all of our suppliers for our growing base. This role will proactively call customers and suppliers to ensure contracts are able to go live. Any issues raised will be resolved to enable smooth transition to live. This will be done via phone calls and emails, building great relationships, and exploring new potential opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the improvement of DBS live rates for all suppliers.
* Proactively contacting customers and suppliers from lock-in date to live ensuring all issues that could prevent the contract going live are resolved.
* Developing relationships, providing guidance and advice and ensuring all the customer's needs are met and exceeded.
* Manage key stakeholders internally and externally.
* Recording accurate customer information and maintain/update accounts.
* Be organised and able to prioritise your workload.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be able to deal with ad-hoc requests.
* Work well with others (stakeholder management) and build positive teamwork.
Essential Requirements

* Proficient in Microsoft applications.
* Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise own workload as well as working in a team.
* Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
* Flexibility to suit the needs of the business.
Package
* Full-time, Permanent.
* Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + bonus.
* 32 days of holidays inclusive of Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period off.

* Retail sales: 1 year (preferred).
