Role: Children's Residential Team Leader
Location: Bloxwich
Hours: 36 hour contract
Shift Pattern: 2 on 4 off
Salary: up to £30,960 pa including sleep-ins (overtime may also be available)
Nurtured Future Living are looking for passionate Residential Team Leaders to work in one of our beautiful Ofsted Registered Children's homes in Bloxwich, Walsall.
This role will involve providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower their team in supporting the children they support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Our children and young people's ages range from 8 up to 18 years old and they have often experienced high levels of trauma, neglect, and crisis in their young lives, resulting in them experiencing complex challenges.

What is essential for this role?
* At least 12 months experience within a children's residential setting in a senior or team lead position
* An NVQ/Diploma Level 3, or equivalent, in Children & Young people
What will be expected from you as a Children's Residential Team Leader?
* Assisting management in the day-to-day functions of the service and encourage young people/children with their social, physical, emotional, intellectual and moral development so that they may realise their own potential
* Work to high professional standard of support, control and supervision
* An excellent understanding of safeguarding children and young people
* An ability to articulate and ensure comprehensive record keeping
* Preferred - Driver with full UK driving licence

*Basic rate of salary for this role is £28,080 and is based on having the essential qualification and experience. (Additional £2,880 pa for 4 sleep-in's per month)
