Rural Surveyor - Diverse Consultancy Role in the South East

Our client, a leading property consultancy based in the South East, is seeking an MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join their dedicated and highly experienced team, providing a diverse range of rural consultancy services to clients across the region.
Position Overview
As a Rural Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of rural consultancy services, including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant matters, BPS and environmental stewardship, development land, and compulsory purchase, contributing to the success of the consultancy and its clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on agricultural valuations and landlord-tenant matters
* Assist with BPS and environmental stewardship schemes for clients
* Advise on development land and compulsory purchase matters
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the consultancy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements
* MRICS qualified with experience in the rural sector
* CAAV Fellowship desirable
* Confident networker with excellent relationship-building skills
* Resourceful and capable of delivering recommendations based on technical knowledge
* Strong affinity with and knowledge of the agricultural community
