Lidl Facilities Management Role

As a member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse facilities management processes, conducting maintenance consultancy and collaboration visits, and developing new processes to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination of warehouse facilities management processes
• Conduct maintenance consultancy and collaboration visits to promote process optimization
• Develop and implement new processes to improve operations
• Participate in the review of audits and monitor external contractors' performance
• Work with internal systems and platforms to generate reports and create efficiencies
Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance and project coordination
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of presenting to senior management
• Proactive, motivated, and driven
• Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Full valid driving license
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays
• German language, desirable but not essential
