We are seeking an exceptional Reception Manager to join the Claridges team.

Claridges has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the Foyer & Reading Room, LEpicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, and three bars: Claridges Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painters Room.
As an Reception Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
* Supervising the Reception team under thedirection of the Front Office Manager.
* Ensuring the Reception team is appropriately staffed and trained.
* Achieving the departmental objectives of maximising occupancy and revenue.
* Maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.
* Ensuring guest service is maintained to the Maybourne Hotel Group standards.
* Evaluating employees, recommending promotion, and managing performance including conducting disciplinary hearings.
* Ensuring that training is carried out for new employees and inspecting their work, correcting and giving directions wherever it is needed.
Successful candidates for our Reception Manager opportunity will:
* Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
* Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
* Have animmaculate personal presentation.
* Be able to work in a pressured environment, and consistently reach our high standards.
* Foreign languages are preferred but not essential.
