Bi-lingual Sales Administrator (German/French) - Permanent position!
Location: Thrapston - On-site 5 days a week.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary: £25,000-£33,000

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team at the Distribution Centre office in Thrapston, to help them expand across the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting their sales operations across eCommerce and B2B platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders for UK independent accounts as well as supporting our client's international retailers and distributors. You will work closely with global teams, providing support through excellent communication and data management skills. You will assist in making data-driven decisions and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, samples, warranty claims, and other sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage sales order processing for UK independent accounts, international retailers, and distributor accounts.
Process sample orders for Account Managers and handle B2B warranty claims, including raising credit requests.
Prepare and manage sales documents, such as quotes, invoices, and contracts.
Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure smooth order processing and delivery in close liaison with customers.
Keep export documentation up to date and collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams.
Organise meetings, appointments, and sales events as required.
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bi-lingual (German/English) or (French/English) preferred.
Experience with Sage and advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) desirable.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly.
Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
