Part Time Receptionist
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our client based in the Windsor area.
The successful Part Time Receptionist will:
Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any visitors to the practice
Ensure maintenance of good teamwork with colleagues
Processing face to face, telephone and online requests for appointments, visits and consultations
Ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate professional
Re-stocking of some consulting room supplies as and when required
Ensuring records are kept up to date with current information
Keeping the reception area and waiting room tidy
Taking payments in person and over the phone
The successful Part Time Receptionist will have:
Experience using EMIS
Good IT skills
Efficiency
A friendly and personable attitude
Happy to manage customer enquiries
Additional Information:
Part time role to work the following hours: Monday 1pm - 6.30pm, Wednesday 7.45am - 1.15pm, Thursday 1pm - 6.30pm
Temporary position for 6 weeks approx.
