Position: History Teacher
Pay: £162.31 to £251.71 per day (to scale)
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Our school is conveniently located in Durham with access via the A1/A1(M) and A68. Public transport links from surrounding areas in the North East also make commuting easy.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the national History curriculum
Effective classroom management skills
Child-Only DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply, and we can assist)
Two recent professional references
Role Responsibilities:
Teach History to KS3 and KS4 students across a range of abilities
Plan, deliver, and mark engaging lessons tailored to student needs
