Due to the progression of our existing staff and expansion of our team, we are looking for passionate people to support our customers in arrears here at Trinity House in Lowestoft.
Start date 20th January 2025. Full time 37 hours - Salary up to £28,410.
We’re an inbound contact centre who help and assist customers in arrears, providing support and always seeking the best outcome. It’s a fast paced environment with a variety of calls ranging from payment plans, affordability schemes, litigated queries to sign posting to external companies.
Previous experience in an arrears based role is desirable but not essential if you have the other qualities the role requires. We provide fully paid training to give you the tools and skills you need to develop and succeed.
