* Manage IFCO’s customer relationship across a geographical area including any nominated small retailers.
* As required work alongside the Retail Business Managers to support business growth targets and review supplier performance.
* Conduct regular visits to suppliers, retail distribution centres and stores to capture conversion opportunities.
* Analysis of customer data to improve efficiency and identify opportunities. Carry out quarterly review meetings with larger customer accounts.
* Work with the Asset Management Team to support and conduct annual audits with suppliers and retailers as required.
* Build a network of contacts within your customer’s business and be the main day-to-day contact. Drive improved customer satisfaction and engagement.
* As applicable document activities on Salesforce and ensure all monthly reporting is completed and reviewed in line with deadlines.
* Attend and contribute to sales team meetings as required.
* To undertake any duties commensurate with the level and expectations of this post. Tasks may be varied to meet changing service requirements.
