* You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Primary Care Network (PCN) Teams covering Bexhill, Hastings / St Leonards and Rural Rother, and Eastbourne, Hailsham & Seaford.
* Ideally, you will be a car owner/driver; however, we also have access to pool and lease cars.

Main duties of the job
What you will be doing
* A District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) is an essential criteria.
* Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
* Managing a caseload with support of the Clinical Lead.
* Line Management and leadership of a team of Registered Nurses & HCAs.
* Our core service hours are 8am - 8pm, 7 days per week.

* Community Specialist Practitioner Qualification - District Nursing.
* RN part 1 on NMC register.
* Nurse prescriber / V100.
* NMC required teaching & assessing module, or commitment to undertake.
Experience
