Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support and guidance to students with SEMH needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop personalised learning plans and interventions.
Implement behaviour management strategies and techniques to promote positive behaviour and social development.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
