QUALITY MANAGER
We are recruiting for a Quality Manager to work for our client who are located in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A QUALITY MANAGER:
* To assume head departmental responsibility and accountability for all Quality & ISO9001 functions across the site.
* Manage the business to ensure the long standing ISO9001:2015 accreditation is maintained including updating and developing all aspects of the QMS.
* Manage all aspects of goods inwards, in process and final quality inspection within the business to support manufacturing output in line with the financial budget,
* To contribute to overseeing all supplier/internal reject quality documentation and completion of associated Performance Improvement reports (PIR’s) in a timely fashion.
* Manage all internal rework identification and issuing including methods to ensure it is completed in the most expedient and cost-effective manner possible.
* Manage Customer complaints by understanding the issues, addressing the corrective action by liaising with internal departments and ensuring the customer is kept updated to throughout the investigative process.
* To ensure company are Quality compliant across all Procurement platforms with the appropriate updating of client portals with associated qualifications and permits.
