We are seeking an Employment Associate (2-5 years’ PQE) to join a leading international law firm’s well regarded Employment practice in Leeds.

The Role:
We are looking for an Associate (2-5 years’ PQE) to work on a diverse range of employment law matters. You’ll be responsible for:
* Drafting employment policies and procedures
* Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters
* Managing restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers
* Handling changes to terms and conditions
* Collaborating on complex, high-profile projects with both local and international clients

Key Qualifications required:
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
* Strong matter management skills and the ability to work independently
* A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Excellent communication and client service skills, with a passion for resolving challenging legal issues in a team-based environment
