Berry Recruitment located in Hendon are looking for a committed individual who is keen to join their team on a temp to perm basis. the role is 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. applicant must have experience in administration.
As a sales administrator you will be vital to the smooth running of the office and an invaluable team member!

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Managing all administration
• Maintaining Spreadsheets
• Answering the phone and dealing with queries
• Registering candidates and ensuring all right to work checks and documents are attained.
• Requesting references and chasing when necessary
• Uploading new vacancies onto various job boards
• Maintaining the filing system
• using CRM systems
• Helping resource candidates for live vacancies
• Greeting candidates arriving for registration and explaining compliance paperwork
Ideally candidates for this role will need to be available asap.
