* Gather relevant information accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain databases or spreadsheets to track and monitor purchasing data.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits.
* Analyse data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Work with purchasing managers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and priorities.
* Prepare reports, and presentations about findings and insights.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise purchasing processes and improve decision-making.
