Accounts Administrator - 3 Month FTC

£12 - £14 per hour + Hybrid Working
Looking for a great opportunity in Finance? Join our client, a fantastic business based in High Wycombe in the Property Management sector. As the Accounts Administrator, you will ideally come from a background in estate agency, property or housing and you'll have the chance to play an important role in the financial operations of this high-growth group. This is a 3 month temporary, hybrid working position, with only 2 days per week required in the office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on overdue accounts and invoices.
Reconcile unallocated payments.
Handle customer queries.
Update account information.
Meet monthly cash collection targets.
Provide client data as needed.
Report problematic accounts.
Reconciliation of purchase ledger supplier accounts.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
QUBE system experience is highly desirable
Previous experience within the housing/property sector is highly desirable.
Excellent accounts administration skills.
