Responsibilities:
5. Assisting in the assessment and safeguarding of vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.
6. Supporting the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the needs of individuals.
7. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and other professionals to coordinate services and resources.
8. Participating in safeguarding investigations and contributing to the development of safeguarding plans.
9. Maintaining accurate records of assessments, care plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications :
10. Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
11. Newly qualified with a strong desire to work in adult safeguarding.
12. A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting adults at risk.
13. A willingness to learn and develop within the field of adult safeguarding.
14. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
15. Social Work England registration
16. Eligible to work in the UK
17. Hold a full UK licence
18. Post-qualified experience
19. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
