We are at the heart of all things food & hospitality at one of our High end law firm locations in Leeds City Centre
Modern employee dining and corporate hospitality is on offer and the Hospitality Manager/Deputy General Manager will be hands on to primarily manager the hospitality services but will also deputise for the General Manager, leading a dynamic team of 8 BaxterStorey employees.

Job Description
16. Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
17. Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
18. Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
19. Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
20. Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance
Qualifications
21. Previous experience that would suit a high end location similar to this operation
22. 5 star standard hotel or leading coporate hospitality catering background desired
23. Commercially aware
24. Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
25. You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
26. Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
27. Excellent delegation and influencing skills
28. Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
29. Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
30. Concise and effective verbal and written communication
31. Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
32. Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
