We are seeking an amazing administrator with excellent data analysing experience to join our team and provide essential support to the health care trust in the centre of Belfast. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy office environment with tasks inclusive of; analysing data, data input, extracting data, dealing with queries with immediate action, call handling, maintaining a filing system and general office duties.
LOCATION: Belfast City Centre
POSITION: Administration
PAY RATE: 11.45 - 11.67
HOURS: 37.5 pw (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:
8. A minimum of five GSCE's to include English Language and Maths (Grades A - C) or equivalent qualification
9. Master data management (including data input, data analysis and dealing with data issues) experience
10. Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office
11. Ability to work as a team
12. Effective communication skills
13. HSCNI experience desirable
Responsibilities
14. General office administration.
15. Provide administrative support ensuring effective systems and procedures.
16. Input, process, monitor and validate information effectively in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
17. Assist with the analysis and monitoring of information/statistics.
18. Contribute to the compilation of relevant protocols and procedures for the service area.
19. Ensure that stationery stock levels are maintained, replenished and stored securely.
