What’s involved?
As Conference & Events Sales Office Manager you will be responsible for driving in the revenue and maximising the utilization of all the event spaces at the resort, whilst leveraging your exceptional sales, organisational and interpersonal skills. Your other duties will vary and are not limited to maintaining a thorough understanding of the local market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Director of Sales and collaborate with all other divisions to ensure flawless event execution.
Proven experience of hotel sales is desired and preferably from a conference & events-focussed background. Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills is key as well as an excellent understanding of achieving new business and repeat business.
