We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Kingston-upon-Thames. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs, providing one-to-one and group support to help them overcome challenges and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement behaviour management strategies alongside teaching staff
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
* Collaborate with staff to develop and monitor behaviour support plans
* Provide support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs
Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology from a top 20 university
* A passion for supporting children with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs
* Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
* Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or child-centred setting, is desirable
